Gallery
I began painting and printmaking in the 1960s. I’ve loved every minute of it and oftentimes would say to myself: “It doesn’t get any better than this!”
Seven of the images in the gallery of my art are monotypes.
WHAT ARE MONOTYPES?
A monotype is an inking on a surface that is transferred to paper and run through a printing press. A monotype is not repeatable as it allows only one pull of the original image element perhaps followed by a ghost print.
